Our Kashmir Boutique Stays

In our Endeavor to Offer Unique Experiences to our discerning Guests we have three Boutique Properties in Kashmir with the aim of exposing the Guests to local Culture and to the People. One is a Heritage Bungalow which has been refurbished located in a quiet Residential area in the heart of Srinagar called the Khanda Kothi and the other one a Riverside Cottage near Pahalgam right on the banks of the Lidder River called the Mir Lidder Lodge. And our latest one is the Dewan Bagh Cottage located in an Apple Orchard on the outskirts of Srinagar.

Khanda Kothi and Mir Lidder Lodge have 5 Rooms while the Dewan Bagh Cottage has 4 Rooms with attached Washrooms and you have the option of taking the Complete Property or Individual Rooms depending on the availability. We have trained Staff at both places to ensure your absolute Comfort.
