Location: The Phyang Homestay is 18 kms away from Leh and it takes about 40 minutes to reach center of the Phyang village where the homestay is Situated Phyang Village is in itself 16kms long.

About Homestay: Phyang Village is divided into 3 parts given the length of the village. It is famous for its 16th Century gompa and the ancient Thankas, artifacts preserved in the museum. The Old Gompa, located on a hilltop, can easily be accessed from the homestay and is a 10 min walk. The homestay is located very close to the Cosmohub where one can engage in stargazing sessions with the local ladies of the village.

Host: The Homestay is owned by Family where you can witness the 3 different generations under 1 roof. The Host is a multi-talented lady who loves hosting guests and sharing with them the stories of Phyang. Jigmet also runs a small shop in market along with hosting travelers from all over the world.
