Dusshera in Quetta, Balochistan.

In 1930.

Quetta itself lies at an elevation of app 1600 m above sea level just like Srinagar. The climate is also like Srinagar though drier.

Reminds me of the Dusshera we used to have at the Iqbal Park in Srinagar.

BTW Dusshera Celebrations in Kashmir are now held at the Polo Ground, Srinagar since they restarted in 2007.
